1. Meeting called to order by Dave Bloch at 6:07 pm
Members in attendance: Marianne Slade-Troutman, Sally Harris, Lew Sitzer, Gary Schlosser, Neal Allbee, Lisa Swarthout , Dave Bloch
Also present: Brian Andies, NU student
Members absent: Ted Owens, Elisa Parker, Chuck Scimeca
Discussion Items
2. Adoption of the Agenda; Motion to adopt by Marianne seconded by Sally. Vote: unanimous
3. Adoption of the minutes of March 24, 2005
Motion by Marianne, seconded Gary to adopt the agenda as amended. Vote: unanimous
4. Public Forum; Invitation to members of the public to address the public with regard to issues what are not on the agenda. Limited to 3 minutes each.

1. NCTV Yard Sale (April)
Saturday, April 30
9am to 5pm
Backyard of the Imaginarium, Ridge Rd and Nevada City Hwy in Nevada City

2. NCTV Telethon for the Prospector next week (May)
Friday, May 13, noon to 8pm
The Best Shows of our First Year
with our local producers introducing their shows
Also, live entertainment and Parking Lot Dance throughout the day in our backyard
Featuring local talent
Mad Dash, noon to 2,
Tanya Scarlett Quartet, 2 to 4,
On The Loose Blue Grass Band, 4 to 5
Sierra Jazz Society Band featuring Lorraine Gervais, 5 to 6
Barry Friedman, world champion juggler, 4 and 6pm
and Saul Rao & Cocina Del Mundo, 6:30 to 8pm
Lazy Dog Ice Cream all day and Bill Schultz's Famous Chuckwagon dinners from 5pm on

Julie Baker Gallery, Neighborhood Center of the Arts, Mowen-Solinsky Gallery

• Dave presented the revised by-laws of NCTV.
