1. Meeting called to order by Lew at 6 pm
Members in attendance: Marianne Slade-Troutman, Gerard Tasone, Tina Ludutsky-Taylor, Dave McKay, Lew Sitzer
Also present: Suzie Daggett, Nancy Guerland, Gary Schlosser, Chuck Scimeca, Beth Moore Haines, Dave Bloch, Elisa Parker

2. Introduction and interviews of board applicants (30 minutes)

3. Public comment; applicants were asked questions

4. Ballot voting of new Advisory Board members

5. Station update; construction, cable-casting, fund-raising, web-
site, budget.

6. Ballot results announced; Nancy, Dave, Chuck and Gary were added to the board.

7. Recommendation for future meetings; (3rd Thursday of next
Month (May 20th) 6-8pm. Draft policies will be reviewed and adopted.

8. Meeting adjourned 7:15pm
